Experiencing Technical Difficulties?

In order to better assist you, please follow the steps listed below. The answers will help our technicians determine the best course of action to start up or repair your NDB.

  10. What light is the transmitter shutting down on into the ATU?
  11. Have you disconnected the ATU and operated the transmitter into the dummy load?

After sending the above information, Southern Avionics Technical Support can be reached directly Monday thru Friday 8:00-12:00 am and 1:00-5:00pm Central Standard Time. Please reference the above email.

BEFORE calling, make sure you have the following in place !

A Technician on site with the following testing equipment:

  • Oscilloscope
  • Multimeter
  • Frequency counter
