Experiencing Technical Difficulties?

In order to better assist you, please follow the steps listed below. The answers will help our technicians determine the best course of action to start up or repair your NDB or DGPS system.

Is the antenna SAC manufactured?


Are there fuses blown on the AC or DC input fuses?


Have you disconnected the ATU and operated the transmitter into a 50 Ohm test load?


Does it shut down while operating on the dummy load?


Do you have a RF output on the dummy load?


Are the any known failures with the SPA or DMOD board?


Do you have a remote panel?


Are the LED's constantly illuminated on the panel?


Confirm that TB1-3&4 are vacant on the PC-1000C/3 ATU?


Can you confirm that the ATU is getting 12V DC at TB1-1?

BEFORE calling, make sure you have the following in place!

A Technician on site with the following testing equipment:

  • Oscilloscope
  • Multimeter
  • Frequency counter
