The primary job function involves working in a manufacturing department where equipment Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) are performed, troubleshooting takes place and technical problems are solved. In this environment the technician will perform each task in order to assist in product throughput and learn specific equipment platforms. The Candidate will also use best practices to help develop and perform In-House and On-Site customer training courses and perform other services as required such as On-Site warranty repair and equipment installation oversight.
- The candidate must have a BSEE degree with a willingness and interest to learn to operate, troubleshoot, maintain and install RF Transmitters and ancillary equipment.
- The candidate must have a working knowledge of electronics, good troubleshooting skills, an understanding of RF theory and an ability to use standard test equipment.
- The candidate must have a working knowledge of standard MS Office programs, superb written, verbal and communication skills.
- The candidate must have an active US Passport and a willingness/desire to travel to other countries for up to 50% of a work year.
