NDB System Training with our Visitors from Indonesia

Posted by Tara Trevino on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 @ 11:32 AM

Over the Thanksgiving holidays, we had 13 visitors from Indonesia visit our headquarters here in Beaumont, TX. We gave them a small tour of Southeast Texas and had a great time!

The trainees received a hands-on troubleshooting walk through, along with practicing tuning an ATU, setting up an NDB transmitter, and practical antenna theories. Overall installation and maintenance was covered. Trainees also received the manuals to the SE125 NDB, SE500 NDB and MR-5 Monitor Alarm Receiver. These are the products they work with everyday, and as such, the training was customized to their environment.

Everyone received a Certificate of Training from SAC at the end of the session. They have the tools they need to operate our equipment with ease and confidence!
